Star Invitational
The 2025 Star Invite took place at ECC’s Flickinger Aquatic center over 4 days of great “Championship Formatted” swimming. Thanks to all the swimmers and parents for their attendance at this one. We had tons of officials on deck all weekend, assisted with the timing at the meet , made the multiple trips to Buffalo for the prelims/finals formatted meet, and did it all extremely well. We had 34 Titans in attendance taking full advantage of the smaller numbers at the meet getting a ton of 2nd swims at finals. Swimmer from Levels 3 through 8 came together to swim numerous personal bests, added more Gold times for championships, 8 fantastic relays, and so much great racing, it was awesome!
The 12 and under group had great representation with 15 Titans swimming a total of 75 personal best times, 72 Gold times, 14 Silver times, and 4 phenomenal relays! Ava Leone came on Sunday to crush her personal best in the 50 free and achieve a Gold time! Oliver Frommert swam strong in his 4 events with 2 Golds and 1 Silver time. Collins Bryant was nothing but Gold, with 10 personal bests and 3 finals appearances. Amelia D'Avirro swam all personal bests, all Gold times, and 3 finals appearances. Valerie Mattison posted 6 Gold times with 3 personal bests. Payton May had 6 Gold swims with 4 at the personal best level. Agnes Pendley piled up 5 Gold and 3 Silver times. Nora Bronson swam 4 Gold cuts, 3 Silver and finished the meet strong with a personal best in last event of the meet, the 100 Fly. Vivienne Cabin was all Gold times with 12 personal bests, making finals in all of her events! Benjamin DeLuke could do no wrong swimming all personal bests with 4 Gold, 2 Silver and 3 swims at Finals. Emilia Dewey swam nothing but gold times with 6 of them personal bests and made finals in all 8 of her swims. Abigail Krempa swam 4 personal best times, 3 Gold and 5 Silver cuts. Brayden May was all Gold cuts, 3 personal bests, and 2 finals swims. Audrey Nudell has 16 Gold swims, 9 personal bests, 6 Finals swims, and a bonus personal best/Gold time in her swim off in the 50 Back! Anthony Wild was 6 for 6 gold times, made finals in every event he swam and swam faster at night every time! A fantastic weekend of racing Titans!
13 & U had a very strong meet. The was mostly girls as the boys were at HS meets. Girls had some very strong Individual and Relay swims coming off HS season. Avery Conschafter improved in all 6 of her events, Ellie Homish swimming 8 events with improvements in 5 of them, Lucy Nudell posted 5 personal best, Kerrington Clouser posted 4 personal best times and a won the 100/200 Breaststroke, Tess Michalowski posted 3 personal best and gold time in the 100 back, Lucy Pendly, Lola Schimmelpinninck also posted 3 personal best times, Ryan Bronson has 2 personal best, Josie Lyons 2 silver swims and Derek Hufnagel had 3 personal bests, Anthony DeLuke had 3 personal bests, Bri Rejewski personal best in 500 free and 200 Back, Emma Cwiklinski best time in 200IM and Lilah Pawelek 2 strong swims coming off HS season. Great Job everyone!!
