The 2025 Natalie Lewis Spring Invite!

What a great meet at the Aquatic Center. The Titans played host to nearly 500 swimmers from 11 different teams all weekend for some great Long Course swimming. Thank you to all who helped at the meet from our Board members, coaches, swimmers, officials, to all the families in attendance. The Titans had 90 swimmers from Stroke Development through Level 8 at the meet, swimming fast and having some fun!

Cole Forpahl represented stroke development at the Natalie Lewis Meet. He gave his best effort to the challenging 50 free. For Level 1, Ellis Boyle attended the meet and swam three events. He swam the 50 free, 50 back, and 50 breast. He swam the 50 free last year too and dropped 32 seconds this year. Excellent work Cole and Ellis!

For level 2, Charlie Kondziela and Harry Maida swam in the meet. Charlie swam the 50 free, 50 back, and the 100 free. Harry swam the 50 free and 50 breast. Both Charlie and Harry worked hard and swam their best for their first long course meet. Great work Charlie and Harry!

Nine of our Level 3 swimmers participated in the Natalie Lewis Meet. We had multiple swimmers swim in their first long course meet of their career and two swimmers make their titans swim meet debut. We had 6 best times and every other event was a new swim. We also had 3 Championships Qualifier cut times and a Niagara Golds Championship cut. One of our standout swimmers was Lily Bedford who swam 7 events over the weekend including 2 best times. She swam all four 50s, the 100 Free, 100 Back, and 200 Free, Way to go! Our next swimmer, Cali Hofert, made her Titans debut and swam 4 events over the meet. She swam the 50 Free, Fly, Back, and Breast and did great in all 4. Great job Cali! We also had Franklin Miller who swam the 50 Freestyle and Backstroke getting Silver times in both events and best times, great job! Lastly we had Oliver Frommert who also made his titans meet debut swam the 50 Free and Fly as well as the 100 Free and 100 Fly. He achieved a silver qualifying time in the 100 Free and a Gold time in 50 freestyle, Outstanding job! Great job level 3 as we look forward to the next meet at ECC. 

Level 4 sent 11 Titans to the meet to swim in the first LC meet of the season, and they did a fantastic job. They piled up 55 personal bests with 16 new swims, 14 Silver (CQ) times, 16 Gold (NI) cuts, ZERO DQ’s and some amazing relays. Aislynn Almeter swam 2 new events and dropped 14+ seconds in her third event. Collins Bryant had 3 days of strong swimming, adding 2 more new swims, 4 personal bests, 2 Silver and 3 Gold times to the teams total. Amelia D'Avirro was busy all 3 days as well achieving 8 personal bests with 3 new events conquered, 4 Silver and 3 Gold times. Elliot Frommert had a great meet with 4 individual swims in his Breaststroke and Freestyle 50’s and 100’s. Khloe Kibby continues to shed time of personal bests with all 7 of her swims setting new personal records. Valerie Mattison was another amazing 4 for 4, all best times, 2 Gold, 2 Silver for the weekend. Payton May could do no wrong in the AFC pool, going a perfect 5 for 5 all personal bests, 4 gold times and a silver for good measure. Agnes Pendley was busy all weekend with 8 new best times achieved, 6 Silver cut times, and great relay swims. Maya Sengupta went 3 for 3 all best times all Gold times in one day! Mona Sengupta swam strong, spreading out her 5 personal best over two days of the meet. Declan Walsh-Weinrieb had 2 phenomenal efforts in his 50 free and back, both 1st time swims. Way to get the season started Level 4!

Level 5 sent 12 swimmers to the Natalie Lewis Meet. Level 5 had a combined 48 personal bests, 21 Silver Qualifying times, and 26 Niagara Golds Championship cuts. Level 5 showed up in a big way with lots of best swims and great energy. Some of our highlight swimmers were Audrey Nudell who swam 9 events over the three day meet. She had best times in seven of them, one silver cut time and 8 Gold cut times, way to go! Our next swimmer was Brady May who swam 4 events dropping a combined 31 seconds total. He achieved 2 silver times in the 50 back and 50 fly and 2 gold times in the 50 and 100 Freestyle, great job! Next up was Abby Krempa who swam 6 events getting best times in all 6 and had 5 new silver times as well. She placed top 15 in her age group in 4 of her 6 events and had great energy the entire weekend! Lastly we had Joe Krieger who swam 10 events over 3 days. He swam 2 new events and achieved gold times in all ten events. He placed top 15 in all 10 including 8 top five finishes, Outstanding performance Joe!

Level 6 sent “a lucky 13” swimmers to the meet. This group swam outstanding. They were able to swim a total of 59 personal bests, 36 Silver (CQ) cuts, 5 Gold (NI) cuts, only 1 DQ, and a ton of extra effort in the relays. Jacqueline Adams had 3 Silver swims and added the 100 Fly to her list of events. Nora Bronson swam with great effort achieving 6 personal bests, 5 Silver and one Gold cut time. Vivienne Cabin had 5 personal bests 3 Gold one Silver and added the 100  Back to her list. Alex Caccamise had 3 great swims all personal bests and added the 200 IM to his list of LC events. Brigid Connors also had 3 great efforts adding the 100 Back and 200 Free to her list of events conquered. Avery Conschafter went 5 for 5 all best times adding the 200 IM and 200 Breaststroke to her list of events. Emilia Dewey swam fantastic with every swim, a personal best, 5 Silver and 1 Gold cut time. Emma Drullard was 2 for 2 both personal bests, and a silver cut in the 50 free. Lucie Drullard swam with great determination cranking out 5 personal bests added the 100 Fly to her list and 2 silver times. Josie Lyons swam amazingly with 8 personal bests, 7 Silver cuts, and some strong relay efforts. Lilah Pawelek was able to go 3 for 3 all best times with huge drops to get 2 more Silver times. Lola Schimmelpenninck had 4 new swims for Long Course all Silver cuts to boot! Gabriella Wild went a perfect 6 for 6, adding the 400 Free to her list of events conquered. Overall, Level 6 came prepared to race at our first LC meet and have a tremendous starting point for this season, fantastic job to all!

Level 7-8 sent 39 swimmers to the Natalie Lewis meet. We have been putting in the work at practice and the result show the effort the kids have been putting in. 15 swimmers had 4 or more best times! Leading the way was Duke Neal, Brie Rejewski and Lucy Pendley with 7 each, followed by Ryan Bronson and Matt Cwiklinski with 6 each, Kylie Szaflarski, Will Taylor, Max Miranda Gavin Miller, Noah D'Avirro 5 each, Issac King, Emily Masker, Chase Achatz, Max Carter 4 each. Very happy with the group and where they are at after just a few weeks of training. I look forward to the rest of the LC season.
