Titans Shine at Open Champs
Titans took 33 swimmers to the Open Championship in Webster this past weekend. The team posted a 4th place team finish!!! Meredith Roberts broke the team 100IM record, Atticus Hlublin broke the team 100 and 200 Breast record, Elli Homish qualified for Zones in the 100 breaststroke, Lucy Pendley also qualified for Zones in the 50 free. Kerrington Clouser qualifies for Speedo sectionals in the 100 and 200 back, Chloe Marcyan qualified for the Speedo sectionals in the 200 Breast, Alex Schuler qualified for speedo sectionals in the 200 Breast, Girls 800 Free relays (Cwiklinski, Roberts, Ryan, Marcyan) qualified for Speedo sectionals for the first time (15 sec faster than last year)
We saw so many of the titans on the podium in individual events this past weekend. Alex Schuler 100BK,200BK, 200Br, Meredith Roberts 5 times on the podium winning 4 events 100br, 200br, 400IM, 200IM, Erik Parkes in the 100 Fly, Chloe Marcyan 4 times 100br, 200br, 200IM, 100IM, Atticius Hlublin 2 twice winning 200 breast, Kerrington Clouser 3 times in 100BK, 100IM, 100Br, and Emma Cwiklinski twice in the 500fr/ 1000fr.
In addition to above swimmers that should improvement was Rowan Riley 5 events, Lucy Nudell, James Lyons, Brie Rejewski 4 events, Andre Charlier, Matt Cwiklinski, Max Carter, 3 events Julia Cabin, Dom Engel, Chase Achatz, Brady Garcia, Lucy Pendley, Gavin Miller, Elli Homish, Heather Malkiewicz, Erin Morrissey in 2 event, Natalie Decourcey, Ryan Bronson in 1 event.
Titans relays A/B were all over the top of the meet all weekend. I love relays and watching our team work together to accomplish great things!! So Fun to Watch.
